Welcome to Heritage Community, Hubbard County’s preferred senior living community in Park Rapids, Minnesota.

Since 1955, Heritage has been known for its high-quality care, gracious hospitality, and array of choices for older adult services. Our senior housing options and services include adult day services, apartment homes, assisted living, memory care and a care center.

Ecumen Lifestyle Covenant

Each person who lives in an Ecumen community has different interests and passions. Empowering each person's individual being is essential to honoring those we serve. The Ecumen Lifestyle Covenant is a partnership between our staff and the people we serve in assisted living and memory care.

By signing this covenant, we and each of our customers make a joint pledge to take responsibility for our customer’s lifestyle choices and desires. We (the staff) pledge to support each individual’s decisions and commit to providing him or her with the resources we have available to help our person be successful and fulfilled in their home.
